Eager Labs' cohort programs bring together a group of like-minded leaders over several live sessions to learn foundational material, develop relationships, and grow as leaders.
All cohort participants receive 10+ hours of live instruction, access to 1: 1 coaching from our facilitators, a 360° leadership assessment, and invitation to our private community of learning leaders.
