Eager Labs' cohort programs bring together a group of like-minded leaders over several live sessions to learn foundational material, develop relationships, and grow as leaders.
All cohort participants receive 10+ hours of live instruction, access to 1: 1 coaching from our facilitators, a 360° leadership assessment, and invitation to our private community of learning leaders.

Conflict is an inevitable, and necessary, part of effective teamwork. Together, we'll anlayze the elements of constructive vs. ineffective and harmful conflict, and discover the ways you can steer a heated discussion towards a purposeful one. Additionally, we'll focus on the ways you can set your team up for successful conversations from the get go.
